11 April - London

The boys were up bright an early but it was much cooler today. We left the hotel at about 8.30am and caught the hop on hop off bus at Kensington. But about 10 minute down the road it began to rain, and after about half an hour it was very wet. We decided to change our plans and get out at Piccadilly and let the boys explore the area, hopefully under some shelter. Many took the opportunity to buy up at Lillywhites sport store, while others went in search of fashion. We all met back and tubed back to Kensington. After a short turn around we were back on our bus heading out to Reading for our football match. We were caught in a huge traffic jam but got to the Madejski stadium and sat in the sunshine to enjoy and action packed game ... but no goals. We were the third row from the front and literally metres away from the players. Our boys certainly got in the spirit and joined in the singing and chanting for the home team. It was a really good afternoon.
